Ingredients

Milk 1L
Butter 100g
Flour 100g
Salt  
Pepper  

Instructions

  • In a pot melt the butter
  • Add the flour and mix for 1-2min
  • Lower the heat to the minimum
  • Keep mixing add the milk 10cl~ at a time
  • Mix on low heat for a few more minutes until thick enough to stick to the mixing spoon
  • Add salt & pepper to taste
