Bechamel
Ingredients

| Milk | 1L |
| Butter | 100g |
| Flour | 100g |
| Salt | |
| Pepper |
Instructions
- In a pot melt the butter
- Add the flour and mix for 1-2min
- Lower the heat to the minimum
- Keep mixing add the milk 10cl~ at a time
- Mix on low heat for a few more minutes until thick enough to stick to the mixing spoon
- Add salt & pepper to taste
