Rhubarb Pie


Ingredient Quantity
Rhubarb 400g
Eggs 2
Cream 20cl
Sugar 75g
Pie Dough 1


  • Wash, peel and cut the rhubarb in 1cm pieces
  • Mix the eggs, the cream and the sugar in a bowl
  • Spread the pie dough and put it in a pie dish
  • Make small holes on the dough with a fork
  • Spread the rhubarb at the bottom of the dough
  • Cover with the liquid eggs mixture
  • Bake for 45min at 180°C
